These Terms & Conditions establish the legal agreement between you and Better Health Senior Solutions, operated under One Percent Better LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company, located at 22503 Grandriver Ave, Unit 19070, Detroit, MI 48219. These Terms apply to all interactions with our website, service inquiries, care service agreements, and all communications.
Better Health Senior Solutions provides non-medical in-home care services to seniors in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb Counties. Services include: personal care, companion care, 24-hour home care, memory and dementia care, meal preparation, and transportation. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical diagnosis, or clinical healthcare services. For medical emergencies, call 911 immediately.
Initial consultations are provided at no charge with no obligation. A written Care Services Agreement will be executed prior to the commencement of any paid services. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a signed Care Services Agreement, the Care Services Agreement controls.
By submitting an inquiry, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have legal authority to make decisions for yourself or on behalf of the care recipient.
We accept private pay, Medicaid, Aetna, Veterans Benefits, and long-term care insurance. Payment terms are set forth in the Care Services Agreement. We are committed to working with families when financial hardship arises.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Emergency cancellations are handled with no penalty on a case-by-case basis. Care plans may be modified at any time by mutual agreement.
By checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our forms, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages about appointment reminders, consultation confirmations, and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. SMS consent is never required to receive services. Opt-in data is never shared with third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific services in question during the 30 days preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Michigan.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with caregivers delivering your services, your insurance carrier (with your authorization), technology providers contractually bound to protect your data (including GoHighLevel), and when required by law.
Client records are retained for a minimum of seven years. Employment application records are retained for two years. Website inquiry data from non-clients is retained for one year. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
